What skills are
important for us

Basic requirements
  • Working experience in marketing for at least 2-3 years, including:
    • At least 1 business success documented by a case study / customer or employer review
    • Experience with at least 2 distribution/business models (e.g. SaaS, services, e-commerce)
    • Experience in at least 2 different industries
    • B2B projects experience (references are welcome)
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • The ability to effectively delegate, automate and manage your own time
  • Very good self-presentation skills
  • Nice to have - marketing project management experience



Tool / marketing skills
  • Advanced hands-on knowledge of Search Ads (creating advertising content, creating campaigns, account planning and management, ability to conduct account audits)
  • Advanced hands-on knowledge of Display, Video and Product Listing Ads, including remarketing ads
  • Proficiency in creating landing pages, configuring their analytics and automation
  • Nice to have: the ability to set up a campaign, plan and manage an account in the area of ​​Social Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
Analytical skills
  • Proficiency in analytics setup & tools (great knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, ability to conduct A / B tests and analytics audit)
  • Proficiency in data analysis & reporting (knowledge of spreadsheets, ability to analyze, describe and visualize data, knowledge of Google Data Studio)
Interpersonal skills
  • Efficient communication, work organization and focus on achieving goals
  • Proactivity, taking responsibility for the implementation of tasks and constant expansion of knowledge
Management skills
  • Conducting research and analysis of the market and competition
  • Effective budget management
